The step is :

send us one copy of your driver license, identity card or something else to help us to further confirm it. In order to do this, we need to see your name, the expiration date and your picture on the card, please make sure that everything but the three above elements has been covered to ensure that your personal information remains private and secure. The stated card should be the credit card holder. Please hold the card in hand and take one picture of both yourself and the card together clearly. Then please send them back to us.

And if you pay with your credits card please also hold your credit card in hand and take one copy. Only keep the last 4 numbers and your name on the credit card for us please.
