Refund Policy
If we didn't deliver anything of your order in promised time frame, you have the
right to request full refund.
If we have delivered part of your order in promised time and you don't want to wait
for the rest, you are qualified to ask for partial refund.
How do I apply for a refund?
You just need to contact our 24*7 Livehelp on the site, email us or text us, we
will issue full/partial refund in 30 mins after we review your order.
We won't refund under below circumstances:
1, You provide wrong critical information in your order, and after we confirm with
you about the order details, you still haven't told us the mistake. It leads to
order delivered to wrong person or the delay of delivery as we can't find your character.
Critical information includes your game, character name, realm and faction.
For example, we usually use ingame mail method for SWTOR credits, WoW classis gold
orders and all buy WoW item orders, so it's very important to make sure your character
name, realm and faction is accurate.
2, Your payment is unauthorized and cause dispute or chargeback during we are working
on your order, then we will report fraud to Third part payment company or the bank.
